The candidate will develop performance metrics, coordinate training, and ensure compliant, high-quality patient education and engagement across regions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Masters/Bachelors with 4+ years Patient Access experience and/or related roles.
• Experience leading a field-based Patient Access team or similar.
• Pharma or medical industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Develop KPIs and track team performance against goals.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Directors and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee patient programs and support access to medications.
