Job summary

Syneos Health in Florida is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead the launch of patient access initiatives within the assigned region. You will oversee Patient Access Specialists to ensure they meet objectives and drive reimbursement education for neuroscience products.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in reimbursement and related areas, with CMS knowledge and travel up to 75%. You will ensure regulatory compliance and foster a customer-driven mindset across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care sales, Part B/ Medical benefit, and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals
• Specialty pharmacy channel experience; CMS policy and process knowledge
• Current driver's license and ability to travel overnight up to 75%
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and performance of the Patient Access Specialists to achieve/exceed specific business goals.
• Direct Patient Access Specialists in providing reimbursement education and leveraging PHI for neuroscience products.
• Develop plans that help Patient Access Specialists translate and support benefits investigation and prior authorization processes for neuroscience products and administration/observation.
• Provide communication and motivation to all members of the district toward delivering customer value.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and train the team accordingly.
