Job summary

Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Regional Manager of Pre Access Services to lead PAS across multiple facilities, including Central Scheduling and Insurance Verification, onsite at Inland Valley Hospital. You will drive process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with on-site leaders to optimize patient flow and revenue.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, implementation of standard models, and ongoing performance improvement with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of insurance verification/scheduling experience in Patient Access/Hospital Full Revenue Cycle experience required.
• Leadership experience in related field required, acute care experience preferred.
• Professional certifications in revenue cycle management preferred.
• Valid CA Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead PAS departments across multiple facilities to ensure standard Patient Access model.
• Identify enhancements to technology solutions and processes.
• Improve productivity, quality, and financial performance.
• Drive the front end process to enhance hospital revenue, collection and performance, data accuracy and month end reporting.
• Work with local and corporate leadership to ensure standard Patient Access model is implemented and sustained.
• Assist on-site leadership to achieve high customer satisfaction and outcomes.
• Develop, audit, oversee and monitor facility operations for pre-registration, insurance verification, preauthorization, and registration accuracy.
• Moderate business travel required.
