Job summary

Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Regional Manager of Pre Access Services to lead the PAS departments across multiple facilities, including Central Scheduling and Insurance Verification. This onsite role will be based at Inland Valley Hospital and will work with on-site leaders to drive standard processes and optimize revenue.

You will oversee pre-registration, verification, preauthorization, and registration accuracy, ensuring timeliness, compliance and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance verification/scheduling experience in Patient Access/Hospital Full Revenue Cycle.
• Leadership experience in related field required, acute care experience preferred.
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Revenue Cycle Executive).
• Valid CA Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for all Pre Access Services across multiple facilities.
• Identify enhancements to technology solutions and processes.
• Improve productivity, quality and financial performance.
• Drive front-end processes to enhance hospital revenue and data quality.
• Ensure standard Patient Access model is implemented across facilities.
• Support on-site leadership to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee pre-registration, insurance verification, preauthorization and registration QA.
• Moderate business travel as required.
