Job summary

Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Regional Manager of Pre Access Services to lead PAS across multiple facilities, including Central Scheduling and Insurance Verification. This onsite role at Inland Valley Hospital requires driving front-end processes to improve collections, data accuracy and patient experience.

You will collaborate with local and corporate leadership to standardize patient access models, oversee pre‑registration, verification, preauthorization and registration accuracy, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• 3–5 years of insurance verification/scheduling in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle.
• Leadership experience in healthcare required, acute care preferred.
• Proficiency with PC and office applications and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for PAS across multiple facilities.
• Identify and implement state-of-the-art practices in patient access.
• Improve productivity, quality, and financial performance.
• Drive revenue cycle processes including scheduling, verification, preauthorization and registration.
