Job summary

You will direct budgets, strategic plans and people leadership, coordinate with executive leadership, manufacturing partners and suppliers, travel to branches, and drive profitable parts revenue and best-in-class customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment business.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership role within product support related business.
• Strong business acumen to manage product support profit or loss performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to branch parts operations’ departments.
• Develop budgets and tactical business plans to achieve safety and revenue goals.
• Lead and manage all direct reports with efficient, consistent processes.
• Travel to branch locations and ensure professional coverage to customers.
• Interface with executive leadership, manufacturers and suppliers regularly.
• Report to the executive team on needs and performance of the product support team.
