Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and lead by example.
• Travel and visit branch locations regularly.
• Develop budgets and tactical plans for safety, profitable revenue growth, and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic direction to branch parts operations’ departments.
• Provide leadership and management for all direct reports with standardized region-wide processes.
• Demonstrate leadership to motivate, develop, and retain a high performing team.
• Ensure appropriate personnel are positioned for professional customer coverage.
• Monitor workload and commitments to customers and adjust resources as needed.
• Develop relationships with key customer managers and executives.
• Support product service strategy and management events; report to executive team on needs and performance.
