You will drive profitability, reduce injuries, and enhance dealer and community relations while partnering with executive leadership, manufacturing partners, and suppliers. The role requires strategic budgeting, staffing, and process standardization across branches, with travel to branch locations and accountability for delivering outstanding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership roles.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in heavy equipment business.
Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in product support.
Strong business acumen and customer-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead regional branch parts operations and drive safety and efficiency.
Travel to branch locations for oversight and strategy.
Develop budgets and tactical plans for safety, revenue growth, and customer loyalty.
Provide strategic direction and leadership for branch parts departments.
Interface with executive leadership, manufacturing partners, and vendors.
