Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; broad leadership experience in heavy equipment or similar industries.
• Extensive leadership experience in product support or service operations.
• Strong business acumen with P&L oversight and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch parts operations and provide strategic direction across regions.
• Travel to branch locations and manage resource allocation to meet commitments.
• Develop budgets and tactical plans for safety, revenue growth, and customer loyalty.
• Report to executive team on product support performance.
• Lead and develop reports, implement consistent processes, and drive best practices.
