Job summary

National Math Stars is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager to lead our Awards Program across your region. You will build and sustain partnerships with districts, schools, and charter networks, networking with coordinators, administrators, principals, and superintendents to generate referrals.

This remote-first role requires 30–50% travel to visit partners and attend events throughout peak recruitment season.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, or partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the K-12 education system in your region.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with schools, districts, and charter networks across your region.
• Represent National Math Stars at conferences and events through presentations and exhibits.
• Manage recruitment funnel across your region with 30–50% travel to visit partners and attend events.
• Participate in the review, assessment, and selection of finalists and program participants.
