Job summary

National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI) is seeking a Senior Director, District Partnerships (K-12 Sales) to lead district partnership development strategy and a high-performing team. This role focuses on revenue growth, portfolio performance, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 50% for in-person meetings.

You will build relationships with district and state education leaders, guide proposal development and contracting, and drive data-driven progress through Salesforce.

Qualifications

• At least five years in K-12 district partnerships, education sales, or a related revenue-generating role.
• At least five years of experience leading and coaching a team.
• Experience developing partnerships with state education agencies is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM and data forecasting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead district partnerships strategy and sales execution with focus on high-value opportunities and six- to seven-figure investments.
• Oversee proposal development, RFP responses, and contracting support with cross-functional inputs.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and data quality in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain senior-level partnerships with district and state leaders.
