Job summary

National Math and Science Initiative (NMSI) seeks a Director of District Partnerships to drive revenue growth and district/state education agency engagements. Qualifications

• Five+ years in K-12 district partnerships, education sales, or related revenue role.
• Experience securing and managing fee-for-service partnerships with school districts and/or state education agencies.
• Ability to lead through influence without direct supervisory authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio strategy and priorities for the assigned K-12 district portfolio.
• Lead proposals, RFP responses, and contracting support with cross-functional inputs.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and data accuracy in Salesforce.
• Build trusted partnerships with district leaders and senior executives for high-stakes engagements.
