• Five+ years in K-12 district partnerships, education sales, or revenue-generating roles.
• Experience leading and coaching teams to achieve goals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own district partnership development strategy and portfolio growth.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contracting support.
• Oversee pipeline management and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce.
• Build and sustain senior-lever partnerships across districts and state agencies.
• Coach and develop staff, set expectations, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
