Job summary

CAI Software is seeking a Regional Manager within our Global Partnerships team to drive growth for PlanetTogether. You will expand partner SI services, support pre-sales and training, and lead regional enablement initiatives to ensure successful implementation for multi-plant manufacturers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain or production planning, strong relationship management, and experience with integrated enterprise software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years in supply chain or production planning.
• 5+ years implementing detailed production scheduling solutions (PlanetTogether preferred).
• 5+ years managing strategic relationships and accounts.
• Working knowledge of SQL or relational databases is helpful.
• Native-level English and good cross-cultural communication.
• Conversational skills in additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expansion of partner SI services in the region (integration, design, configuration, project management).
• Provide dedicated partner support on pre-sales, sales, and training activities including product demos and sales calls.
• Lead enablement workshops in the region.
• Maintain up-to-date partner rosters detailing roles and capabilities.
• Serve as PlanetTogether leadership contact in assigned regions.
• Provide partners with product and implementation expertise in the region.
• Deliver weekly reports to PlanetTogether’s Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives.
