Job summary

Uncountable is hiring a Partnerships Manager to drive an AI-powered PLM & QC/QMS partner motion. You’ll own day-to-day partner relationships, recruit and enable PLM/QMS partners, and personally generate sourced pipeline in a fast-growing, field-facing role.

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you’ll map the partner ecosystem, onboard a priority set of partners, and drive co-sell activities with a focus on revenue and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management or channel sales.
• Experience in PLM/QMS/LIMS ecosystems.
• Proven track record sourcing pipeline through partners.
• Willing to travel up to 25% for field activities.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships day-to-day and onboard partners.
• Generate sourced pipeline through field activities and outreach.
• Prioritize partner portfolio by ICP fit and track record.
• Navigate conflicts to protect the customer and pipeline.
• Track metrics like partner-sourced ARR and time-to-first-deal.
• Travel up to 25% for partner meetings and events.
