Job summary

AmFirst is seeking a dedicated Membership Development professional in Birmingham, AL to strengthen relationships with Benefit Partners and drive membership growth. The role involves engaging with BPs, organizing enrollments, and delivering financial education workshops within the local market.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for events and meetings.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of related experience.
• Experience with business accounts preferred.
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Build stronger relationships with current BPs through communication efforts, visits, enrollments and workshops.
• Identify growth potential within existing and new BPs by evaluating membership penetration and needs.
• Attend chamber events, community, and trade shows to initiate new BP relationships.
• Promote all products and services with cross-selling to meeting members' and BP's needs.
• Secure and safeguard all BP membership information collected at enrollments.
• Report information to Membership Development Manager after BP visits and enrollments: results, feedback and needs.
• Keep accurate records of Benefit Partner information.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
