City Teaching Alliance seeks a Director of Partnerships to lead the regional strategy, cultivate school and district partnerships, and drive growth across the DC region. This is a relationship-driven, externally facing role with field presence in schools and the community.

The role requires extensive travel in Washington, DC and surrounding areas, a hybrid work arrangement, and strong demonstration of KPI-driven outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, external relations, education, workforce development, or program leadership.
• Strong knowledge of K–12 urban school systems, particularly within Washington, DC.
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, school administrators, community leaders, and diverse external stakeholders.
• Experience with data-driven evaluation of partnership performance and KPI definition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive regional partnership strategy.
• Establish annual partnership goals aligned with Fellow placement targets, partner retention, and regional growth.
• Lead slot-selling and placement confirmations with school partners.
• Develop a proactive pipeline of prospective partners across schools, districts, CMOs, and universities.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director on new partner development and program expansion.
