Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in relationship-based channel account management, with leadership experience.
• Experience with major national resellers (e.g., CDW).
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop, operationalize, and scale GTM strategies across a team.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Account Managers, driving performance and growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders from C-level to tactical teams.
• Own the creation and execution of GTM plans with strategic partners.
• Oversee quarterly and annual business plans with ROI tracking and optimization.
• Drive pipeline generation and innovative incentive programs for new customers.
• Partner with stakeholders to maximize renewals through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective partner communications.
• Oversee co-sell campaigns and ROI measurement, with escalation handling as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting in Salesforce.
