Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Regional Partner Development Manager (PDM) for Global System Integrators. You will lead engagement with regional GSI partners, develop and manage relationships with C-level executives, and drive joint business through go-to-market execution and delivery quality.

You will focus on regional sales growth, partner programs, and ensuring alignment with the global partner plan while delivering scalable cloud solutions to customers across the region.

Qualifications

• 10 years of technology related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience.
• Experience with public cloud technologies in the enterprise segment.
• Experience managing relationships with executive customers, GSIs, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience executing go-to-market campaigns with GSIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional GTM initiatives aligned with global GSI partner plans to meet regional goals.
• Create awareness of partner incumbency and joint solutions with regional Google Cloud stakeholders.
• Integrate GSI solutions into regional catalogs and partner tools to support field sales motions.
• Secure and manage regional executive sponsors and governance cadence to build mindshare.
• Advocate Google technologies and the Google Cloud value proposition inside partner organizations.
