Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support East Region branch locations. The role focuses on helping members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance while guiding them to financial solutions that meet their goals.

You'll assist with consumer loan applications, educate members on digital banking tools and security, and strive to build trust through friendly, knowledgeable service across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in banking, credit unions, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology and banking systems.

Responsibilities
