Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union in Dearborn is seeking a Part-Time Member Advisor at our Dearborn Branch to help members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and everyday banking needs while providing courteous, accurate service.

You’ll open and maintain accounts, assist with loan applications, educate members on fraud prevention, and recommend solutions that support their financial goals. This role emphasizes relationship building and a positive, trust-filled member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and other account transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and assist with consumer loan applications.
• Educate members on fraud prevention and account security.
• Recommend products and services to support members' financial well-being.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with members.
