Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support our East Region branch locations. You will help members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance while guiding them to opening new accounts and exploring financial solutions that fit their goals.

You will also assist with consumer loan applications, educate members on digital banking tools and account security, and identify products that can enhance their financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in banking, credit unions, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology and banking systems.

Responsibilities

Regional Part-Time Member Advisor

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support our East Region branch locations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in banking, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services who enjoy helping people and building lasting relationships.

As a Member Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our members by providing exceptional service and guidance during everyday financial interactions. You'll assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance while helping them open new accounts and explore financial solutions that align with their goals. You'll also support consumer loan applications, educate members on digital banking tools and account security, and identify products and services that can improve their financial well-being. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Pay & Schedule

$18.10 - $19.60 per hour

This part-time position works approximately 26 to 29 hours per week, including Monday and Friday shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Wednesday shifts beginning at 7:45 a.m. and ending as late as 5:00 p.m., and Saturday shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Team members may work at multiple East Region branch locations based on business needs. Occasional training or business needs may require minor schedule adjustments with advance notice.
