Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support our East Region branch locations. You will help members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance while guiding them to opening new accounts and exploring financial solutions that fit their goals.

You will also assist with consumer loan applications, educate members on digital banking tools and account security, and identify products that can enhance their financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in banking, credit unions, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and financial solutions.
• Support consumer loan applications and educate on digital banking tools and account security.
• Identify products and services to improve members’ financial well-being.
• Provide exceptional service to build trust and a positive member experience.
