• Assist with wire transfers, account maintenance, and card services.
• Explain credit union products and promote appropriate referrals.
• Support branch management in daily operations and customer service.
• Supervise lobby flow and direct members to information sources.
• Participate in training and mentoring of new staff members.
• Assist with vault, cash handling, and balancing duties.
