Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union in Brooklyn is seeking a Part-Time Member Advisor to support members with everyday banking needs, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while delivering personalized financial solutions.

You will help open deposit accounts, assist with loan applications, educate on fraud prevention and account security, and recommend products to support members' financial well-being, building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and assist with consumer loan applications.
• Educate members on fraud prevention and account security.
• Recommend products and services to support members' financial well-being.
