Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking candidates for the 2027 EZGO Sales Development Program. This entry-level role supports Territory Sales Managers, builds knowledge across Textron products and competitors, and offers mentorship and development opportunities.

As part of Textron, you will gain exposure across functions, work with internal customers, and report progress to leadership while developing inside and outside sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of experience; previous sales experience preferred.
• Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.
• Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business.
• Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market.
• Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to the business to get ahead of the competition.
• Acquire knowledge on all Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.
• Regularly report out to leadership on project progress.
• Learn inside and outside sales techniques.
• Complete and participate in cross-functional assignments as needed.
