Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Regional Operations Manager, Parcel for the New Verticals team. You will oversee regional operations across 15–20 locations, driving efficiencies and ensuring safe, smooth site processes.

The role requires strong data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets skills, and 5+ years of leadership in logistics. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, manage 3P relationships, and navigate a fast-paced startup-like environment with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in an operations-heavy environment.
• 4-6+ years’ experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics, preferably in the 3PL space.
• Bachelor’s Degree and familiarity with SQL.
• Able to flex between day-to-day details and strategic planning.
• Internal mobility eligibility if applicable.
