Job summary

DoorDash’s New Verticals Fulfillment Strategy & Operations team is hiring two Associate Managers to drive strategy and execution for Dasher supply and tools across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail partnerships.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Operations; own initiatives to attract Dashers, build in-store tools, and optimize supply location and timing. Roles are hybrid with some in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, startups or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proficient with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions and automation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution to build reliable Dasher supply and in-store tools.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to deliver tech solutions.
• Improve end-to-end Dasher in-store experience and supply strategies.
• Contribute to merchant enablement and CPG partnerships.
