Job summary

DoorDash Drive is seeking a Regional Operations Manager, Parcel to own daily regional warehousing and site operations across 15-20 locations in the U.S. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders and requires up to 40% travel.

You will design and execute process improvements to increase efficiency, service quality, and reliability while leading a team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6+ years in warehousing/logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in an operations-heavy environment.
• 4-6+ years in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics, preferably 3PL.
• Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of 15-20 locations in a U.S. region.
• Design, build, and execute process improvement projects to drive efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience and enable team success.
