Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate for Regional Operations - Parcel on the Drive team to manage day-to-day ops and site performance in a US region. You will build and implement procedures to drive compliance, quality, and scalable systems for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, data-driven problem solving, and ownership of operational improvements across 15-20 locations with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in on-the-ground warehousing or logistics, preferably in the 3PL space.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• If internal, you qualify for internal mobility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance and unlock opportunity across 15-20 locations by identifying root causes and implementing scalable improvements.
• Scale processes and operations by partnering with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development to standardize procedures.
• Drive success metrics by supporting 3P performance and maintaining safe, efficient operations across the network.
