Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. seeks a Regional Operations Manager, Parcel for the New Verticals team to own day-to-day regional site operations in the U.S. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, oversee 15-20 locations, and travel up to 40%.

You will lead process improvements, drive operational efficiency, and ensure service quality. The role requires 5+ years of leadership, 4-6+ years in warehousing/logistics, SQL familiarity, and a Bachelor's degree. Internal mobility may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers in an operations-heavy setting.
• 4–6+ years of on-the-ground warehousing or logistics experience, preferably in 3PL.
• Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; internal mobility eligibility if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 15-20 locations in a defined region.
• Design and execute process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with central teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead and develop warehousing or logistics staff and ensure safety compliance.
