Job summary

DoorDash’s New Verticals team is seeking a Manager to lead a three-person squad and serve as the Directly Responsible Individual for HQFR (High Quality Fulfillment Rate). Based in our Logistics pod, you will own cancellations and HQFR performance, drive reporting, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional action planning to improve order quality and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HQFR and cancellations performance, including reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Operations, Product, Engineering, Merchant and Consumers teams.
• Identify and execute operational improvements to increase order quality and fulfillment accuracy.
• Build and incubate strategic initiatives to reduce cancellations and improve fulfillment.
