Imperial Brady is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a designated region. You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and procurement to expand market share in packaging and related markets.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, 2–5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging distribution or related industrial markets.
• 2-5+ years of sales leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives and Sales Representatives; monitor pipeline and forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key and strategic accounts; drive new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and procurement to support lead generation and ensure product availability.
• Track sales performance, forecasts, KPIs, and maintain CRM records.
