Pacaso is seeking an Owner Experience Manager to lead the lifecycle of high-value owners in a defined region, coordinating onboarding, engagement, and resale advisory. You will act as the primary relationship owner, ensuring exceptional service, proactive risk management, and seamless cross-functional collaboration across asset, sales, and accounting teams.

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, private membership, or premium client services.
• Living within driving distance of Park City.
• Experience managing high-value client relationships across a full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Regional Portfolio & Lifecycle Ownership: manage a defined portfolio of owners and be the primary relationship owner.
• Engagement, Utilization & Retention Strategy: monitor owner engagement and proactively address risk.
• Resale Advisory & Transaction Coordination: guide resale timing and oversee documentation and transitions.
• Cross-Functional & Tier Partnership: collaborate with field teams to align on ownership journeys.
• Provide strategic context to support issue resolution and protect owner sentiment.
