Prime Vacations is seeking an experienced Property Success Manager to join our Owner Services Group. You will onboard new properties, communicate with owners via shared mailboxes and newsletters, and review Monthly Owner Statements before month-end.

The role requires coordinating with Maintenance, Inspections, Housekeeping, and vendors, ensuring timely responses and accurate statements for property owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business communications.

Responsibilities

• Walk and inspect new properties onboarded with the owner and team.
• Manage communications between the team and property owner.
• Coordinate owner requests with Maintenance, Inspections, Housekeeping, and vendors.
