Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota seeks an Owner Experience Manager to define and advance the owner experience strategy, guiding the Owner Connections organization and translating customer insights into actions across many functions.

You will lead a high-performing team, own metrics, and collaborate with Service, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve owner and dealer experiences, strengthen loyalty, and elevate brand advocacy within the Polaris network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, customer service, customer success, relationship management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience using customer insights and Voice of Customer data to drive improvements.
• Experience leading change management and process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Owner Experience strategy and roadmap to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead the Owner Connections team, coach leaders, and manage performance and talent development.
• Translate owner feedback into actions by partnering with Service, Product, Engineering, Quality, Digital, Marketing, Warranty, and Dealer Development.
• Identify initiatives aligned with business objectives with clear goals and metrics.
• Monitor performance standards and improve service quality and responsiveness across the organization.
