Richelieu is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field sales team across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana. The role focuses on expanding sales with cabinet makers, dealers, and architectural woodworkers while controlling costs and driving team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an outside sales team in the building materials industry.
• Hands-on, practical leadership and educator.
• Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented.
• Analytical, planning, and monitoring capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Occasionally able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives on field sales calls with customers.
• Direct and monitor all sales activities for the region and manage budgets and targets.
• Drive growth by expanding relationships with cabinet makers and dealers.
• Coordinate promotions with sales and marketing teams.
• Organize and lead Regional Sales Meetings.
• Maintain proper product mix to maximize gross margin.
