This hybrid role blends hands‑on sales leadership with coaching, including coaching, role-plays, and weekly activity goals, with commissions and leadership growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or B2B sales experience required.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others in sales.
• Strong presentation skills for 1-on-1 and group settings.
• Proven organization, follow-through, and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow and train new reps through coaching, role-plays, and debriefs.
• Build and grow your own book of business while guiding others.
