Qualifications

• Multi-location Orthodontic operations experience in a customer or patient-based industry.
• Experience successfully coaching and developing teams.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a Dental / Orthodontic setting.
