BOND Orthodontic Partners seeks an Orthodontic Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest region. This role requires overseeing non-clinical operations for multiple practices, fostering collaboration, and driving revenue growth.

Ideal candidates will have regional management experience in orthodontics, excellent leadership skills, and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Multi-location Orthodontic operations experience in a customer or patient-based industry.
• Experience successfully coaching and developing teams.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a Dental / Orthodontic setting.
