Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 7 years relevant work experience.
• Flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and P&L oversight for regional practices.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to drive growth and manage expenses.
• Participate in budget preparation and implement improvements.
• Oversee local practice administrators and teams to meet regional goals.
• Use KPI data to drive performance improvements with VP of Operations.
• Act as liaison between VP of Operations and practices for corporate support.
• Lead monthly regional meetings with partner doctors.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance.
• Travel ~50% to practice locations for on-site support.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Mentor and coach staff without direct reporting relationships.
• Support office refresh and workflow improvements.
