Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales performance by coaching Treatment Coordinators and Practice Managers to hit targets across multiple practices.

You will monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans at the practice level, delivering hands-on coaching on same-day conversion, financial presentations, objection handling, and follow-up cadences. Travel 20%+ as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in an orthodontic managerial or treatment coordinator role, or similar sales experience.
• Proven problem-solving, data analysis, project management, and communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with limited oversight and able to travel 20%+ as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own regional sales performance by coaching Treatment Coordinators and Practice Managers to targets.
• Monitor performance trends, identify risks, and drive corrective action at practice and TC level.
• Deliver hands-on coaching on same-day conversion, financial presentation, objection handling, and follow-up cadence.
• Partner with regional leadership to standardize the OP sales playbook and support underperforming locations.
