Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years Inside Sales/Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and call center software.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on product delivery, availability, pricing and specs.
• Process quotes and sales orders in Salesforce and E1 and respond to inquiries via phone/email.
• Manage backlog for assigned regions and coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs.
• Attend weekly meetings to facilitate communication with team and partners.
• Identify process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and service levels.
