Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and optimize performance across multiple optical centers in Minnesota. You will drive sales, margins and EBITDA while steering teams, training managers, and ensuring patient-focused service across centers.

Responsibilities include onboarding General Managers and Optometrists, establishing operations guidelines, and maintaining compliance with federal/state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall sales, profit and service performance of multiple centers in a geographic region.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with corporate direction to grow the business.
• Manage staffing, training, policy adherence, compliance and patient/customer experience across centers.
• Build a strong regional team and succession plan for growth.
• Oversee onboarding for new General Managers and Optometrists and provide coaching.
