Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead three branches (Denver, Seattle, Phoenix) within a $40M regional operation. The role is remote with regular travel to branches, reporting to the Regional Vice President and overseeing Branch GMs to ensure safety, financial performance and customer satisfaction across the region.

The successful candidate will drive strategy-to-execution, develop GM leadership, and uphold operational discipline with a strong focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership, preferably in electrical services or field services.
• Experience leading multiple locations or business units and developing operational leaders.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, forecasting, backlog, labor utilization and KPIs.
• Proven leadership in safety, operational excellence, talent development and customer service.
• Ability to travel 50–60% among branches and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee three branches, ensuring consistent execution of standards and objectives.
• Directly manage and develop Branch General Managers with clear expectations and succession plans.
• Drive revenue, EBITDA, orders, backlog, utilization and forecast accuracy.
• Maintain visibility into branch performance, capacity, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety and quality are visibly led at every branch and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with GMs and leaders on staffing, retention and skill gaps.
• Support major customer escalations and remove operational barriers to growth.
• Standardize core practices and share best practices across branches.
