Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in the Seattle area seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the South Seattle Metro. You will lead daily operations, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams to achieve regional growth objectives.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, with travel across the region and a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience leading multi-site operations as Regional Manager or similar role.
• Background in construction supply, building materials, or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple branch locations in the South Seattle Metro area.
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the region.
• Implement best practices, policies, and processes to improve performance.
• Ensure consistency and accountability across locations.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop location leaders.
• Foster safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and pursue opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control.
• Promote a best-in-class customer experience and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance.
