Job summary

NearU is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Operations to lead and scale a portfolio of home services across multiple branches. This executive will own regional financial results, customer experience, and talent development while partnering with local General Managers and Branch Leaders.

The ideal candidate has extensive multi-location leadership experience in the home services sector, with a track record of disciplined execution, data-driven decisions, and growth through acquisitions

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or related home services businesses.
• Proven success leading a regional portfolio of approximately $150M-$300M+ in annual revenue.
• Direct ownership of multi-site P&L performance with accountability for revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and operational execution.
• Experience leading and developing multiple General Managers, Regional Directors, or Branch Leaders.
• Demonstrated success operating within a private equity-backed environment.
• Proven track record of integrating acquisitions and driving post-acquisition performance improvements.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and EBITDA optimization.
• Ability to influence organizational change and drive accountability across geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional P&L performance across multiple branch locations.
• Lead revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA improvement, and cash flow performance.
• Manage a regional portfolio exceeding $50M+ in annual revenue; experience with $100M+ preferred.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and hold branch leadership accountable for results.
