Job summary

SCOPE Recruiting - Supply Chain Recruiters seeks an Area Manager to oversee 5-8 branches, drive regional P&L, safety performance, and operations consistency. You will coach branch leaders, conduct monthly reviews, and lead acquisitions and new branch integrations within the region.

Travel 50-75% within the region is required; a strong focus on developing leaders and preserving safety standards across locations is essential.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of multi-site operations leadership.
P&L responsibility across multiple locations, ideally $15 million or more in managed revenue.
Experience leading safety performance in a physical, high-risk field environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent operating experience.
Familiarity with field service management systems and reporting environments such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

Own the regional P&L, including revenue, gross margin, labor productivity, fleet and equipment cost, and branch overhead.
Develop the regional budget in partnership with the COO and CFO, and deliver against it.
Identify branches and accounts performing below expectations, and implement a specific plan for each.
Conduct monthly business reviews at every branch covering results, variances, root cause, corrective action, ownership, and timing.
Evaluate regional spending, capital requests, and added headcount against a clear ROI.
