Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead day-to-day performance across a group of parks. This field-based role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and solid financial results.

The position emphasizes visiting parks, mentoring General Managers, and driving adherence to brand standards, safety, and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/hospitality preferred; equivalents considered.
• 7+ years of operations management experience, including multi-unit leadership in FECs or related fields.
• Proven P&L accountability with revenue, labor, and cost controls.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Visit parks regularly for coaching, audits, and hands-on leadership on the floor.
• Ensure park readiness for peak seasons, holidays, and events.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements.
• Oversee labor, inventory, capital needs, and safety compliance across parks.
