Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager – Heavy Industrial Electrical, Midstream & Power Generation to lead regional project execution, drive safety, and ensure client satisfaction across industrial electrical and energy infrastructure markets.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and accountability for schedule and financial performance. You will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Operations Leadership to oversee

Qualifications

10+ years in industrial electrical, midstream, power gen, or heavy industrial construction.
Progressive leadership across multiple projects, teams, or territories.
Strong project, operations, and financial management experience.
Proven ability to lead teams in complex construction environments.
Valid driver’s license and proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead regional operations across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and standards.
Support project managers and field leadership through planning, execution, and closeout.
Monitor safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and profitability.
Develop execution strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Ensure proper allocation of labor, equipment, and resources.
Collaborate with Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, Safety, and Field Ops.
