Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager – Heavy Industrial Electrical, Midstream & Power Generation to lead multiple projects and field teams regionally.

You will partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Operations Leadership to ensure safe execution, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance. The role focuses on industrial electrical, midstream energy, power generation, and energy infrastructure markets, guiding labor, equipment, and resources while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial electrical, midstream, power generation, or heavy industrial construction experience.
• Progressive leadership experience managing multiple projects, teams, or geographic territories.
• Strong project management, operational, and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and safety standards.
• Support project managers and field leadership throughout planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Monitor project performance related to safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and resources across active projects.
• Develop execution strategies to drive operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Provide leadership guidance on complex or high-profile projects.
